Fabryka Norblina is a project of Capital Park Group, whose plan is the revitalization of a historic, two hectare area of the former Norblin factory in Warsaw's Wola district, between Prosta, Łucka and Żelazna Streets. In the second quarter of 2021, a mini-district will be built there, consisting of a couple of buildings and internal streets. Over 66.000 m2 will be available as a usable area, including 40.000 m2 of class A office space, and the remaining 26.000 m2 will be dedicated to the commercial, entertainment, cultural and gastronomic functions. The crowning of the project, directly referring to the history of the place, will be the Open Museum of the Old Norblin Factory
