Lipiński Passage is an A-class renovated office building. It is a combination of unique, stylish architecture and modern, advanced infrastructure. The building is fitted according to the latest trends, equipped with elegant interiors. The main aim of cmT works was to adapt an existing building to modern standards and requirements of the new functions – office, service and commercial – while maintaining the existing historic block of the building. Management of the project was additionally difficult due to the historic nature of the building and its poor condition.
