Lumen and Skylight is a part of office building complex of Złote Tarasy, one of the most recognizable and prestigious buildings in Warsaw located in the heart of the city. Both buildings offer in total ca. 45,000sqm of space, and meet the high standards of BREEM Excellent certificate. - Technical Due Diligence including:
- Technical inspection of the following elements of the building
- Roof and facad
- construction and fit-out
- condition and maintenance of building installations
- Live tests of all the life and safety systems
- Quality control
- Identification of defects and monitoring of repairs
- Formal and legal analysis of formal documentation related to construction process
- Control of technical documentation
- Estimation of defects removal costs
- Monitoring of defects removal
- Technical inspection of the following elements of the building
- Supporting the Buyer during the transaction of property acquisition
