At Powstańców Śląskich street, in the southern business centre of Wrocław, a modern office building MidPoint71 is being constructed, which will offer c. 37,000 sqm of office space, 367 underground and 56 above-ground parking spaces as well as bicycle infrastructure. A distinctive feature of this 14-storey building is its glass facade with elements of brick and brown colour on lower floors. MidPoint71 has been designed in accordance with requirements of BREEAM Excellent certificate. MidPoint71 is another project of Echo Investment in Wrocław. The construction of the building is scheduled to be completed in IV Q 2021.
The scope of cmT services:
- Comprehensive construction management including coordination of subcontractors’ works, health and safety as well as investor’s site supervision.
