Spektrum Tower, Warsaw, Poland.
Spektrum is a representative office building with a height of 122 meters, located in the centre of Warsaw on Twarda 18 street. It was built between 2001 and 2003. The total area of the building is 50 000m2 of which 29.000 m2 is the lease area.
Characteristics of the object:
- 32 floors above the ground
- 5 underground floors (314 parking spaces)
The building was built and designed for a single tenant use. The main aim of the project was to adapt the building for multitenant use as well as to upgrade to current standards of modern office space. cmT managed and supervised the project.
The scope of cmT services:
- Coordination of modernization works of the building
- Coordination of fit-out works for tenants
