The Tychy and Bierun Logistics portfolio comprise of two class A logistics parks situated in the Katowice conurbation close to the junction of the A4 Motorway and the E75 national road. The two logistics Parks have a combined GLA of approximately 146, 000 sqm which consists of approximately 131 000 sqm of warehouse and production areas and approximately 11 400 sqm of office area.
The scope of cmT services:
- Providing Technical Due Diligence of the documentation accompanied by a physical inspection of the buildings
- Monitoring of the removal of defects to the buildings
- Project Monitoring services for the Bierun Logistics Park extension allowing for approximately 10 000 sqm of a logistics and warehousing facility and approximately 500 sqm of offices.
