Zielone Arkady is one of the largest shopping centres in Poland, located in the centre of Bydgoszcz. This multilevel retail centre provides approximately 50 000 sqm of retail space, 1000 free parking spaces and altogether 200 shops, restaurants and service points. Zielone Arkady were awarded by Eurobuild Awards in the category New Shopping Centre of the Year, 2016,Poland and by PRCH Retail Awards in the category New Investment of the Year.
The scope of cmT services:
- Technical Due Diligence and Documentation verification of the design documentation, including Building Permit and Tender design documentation
- Environmental Verification
- Monthly Project Monitoring during the Construction Phase
- Final Technical Due Diligence Report and Project Sign-off
