This is how Mercure Hotel is changing
Construction works for the hotel have been finished. Currently, fit-out works are underway. Mercure Hotel Katowice will have at guests’ disposal 268 rooms of various standards, 74 parking spaces of which 66 in the underground garage; there will be also a restaurant, conference facility and a fitness centre. The total usable area of the building amounts to 17,976 sqm, of which over 2,700 sqm will be used for office space.
Our team has been responsible for investor’s site supervision covering the construction, electrical and sanitary branches as well as health and safety.
