Out of the total area of 30,000 m² , 18,500 m² are occupied by offices. As part of the Technical Due Diligence carried out in 2008 cmT inspected the building and issued a report and recommendations. Owing to the good performance of cmT the seller of the building asked for repeating the Technical Due Diligence in 2011.

Technical Due Diligence upon the order of the potential buyer of the building covering all branches (civil, M&E and architectural) by means of:

- Technical inspection of the building
- Quality check
- Defects identification
- Formal/legal analysis of both technical and formal documents
- Estimation of costs of removal of defects
