Technical documentation management and archiving Work progress and work quality reporting in the Frederic Chopin Airport terminal 2 and north and south piers. Analysis of claims submitted by the contractor and issuing recommendations.
cmT issued reports regarding work progress within the project based on on -site inspections and contract documentation analysis. During the execution, the scope of works was extended to cover technical consulting and quality analysis of the executed works.
