A fashion house built at the former location of an old printing house

cmT supervised the works carried out nearby historical buildings – a 16th century monastery and a 19th century apartment house which were in danger of collapse as a result of the construction works. The project was additionally complicated due to underground pits discovered during excavation works. After the successful completion of works, the excavation pit and the construction frame were secured and handed over to the Investor.
