Westfield Arkadia is one of the largest shopping centres in Poland, visited annually by nearly 20 million customers

Westfield Arkadia is distinguished by its unusual architecture: glass roofs, shopping street-like arcades, fantastic mosaic patterns and natural stone. In 2017 the centre was extended with a new restaurant zone with an area of 2000 m².

Scope of services provided by cmT:
- Project management and Investor’s supervision services for:
  - the redevelopment of the outdoor area of the Centre, including the construction of a new fountain, playground and taxi rank;
  - renovation of directors’ offices of Arkadia Shopping Centre
- Project management and quality control of:
  - refurbishment of family areas on the 1st and 2nd floor – refurbishment of the centre consisting in constructing retail premises on the underground floor
- Supervision of works related to the extensive renovation of the shopping centre’s green roof
