The Philips complex involves 2 buildings connected by a glass passage. The construction works were completed in 2006. In its report, cmT recommended a great number of repairs and corrections to improve the building’s security and functionality. cmT also supervised the implementation of the suggested repairs on behalf of the investor.

Technical Due Diligence covering all branches (civil, M&E and architectural) by means of:

- Technical inspection of the building
- Quality check
- Defects identification
- Formal/legal analysis of both technical and formal documents
- Estimation of costs of removal of defects
