The object has over 100 points of sale and gastronomy as well as a modern cinema with 8 screens. It’s a four storey building of a total lettable area of approximately 23 000m². A two-level underground parking garage is able to accommodate over 620 vehicles.

• The scope of cmT services:

Carrying out the complete tender to select a contractor Preparation of documentation necessary to manage the project Full supervision of the works like renovation, sealing and quality control Schedule control Cost Control Acceptance and settlement of works Mediations with tenants Coordination with other companies cmT was responsible for project management and the renovation of the first-level of the garage. The project started in September 2012 and was completed in July 2013. Despite the continued operation of the Center it was possible to carry out repairs with minimal discomfort to clients and tenants. Through the proper planning of the work and the introduction of temporary changes in traffic organization the system of parking was retained. In November 2013 the traffic optimization works begun according to the optimization concept developed by GerPlan. Thanks to the new solution it was possible to increase the capacity of road entrances what is a key issue for the object visited by over a million cars a year.
