  • Monitoring the design and construction works in terms of regulations, quality, timeline and costs
  • Continuous checking and comparison of the documents to the agreed standards, specifications, technical and legal requirements, permits and other obligations and pointing out missing documents and delays or mistakes in the design process
  • Monitoring the snag removal and finalization of the remaining works
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Summarizing the results of the project monitoring during the agreed project lifetime in monthly reports and site inspection protocols.

  • Monitoring the design and execution of the standard fit out and the tenant fit out works
  • Informing about defects in design and execution, identified by the Contractor and the developer’s quality control, and document it in a commonly agreed list and following up the remediation.
  • Verifying proposed deviations from the agreed qualities and standards like variations and change orders, analysing consequences in time, costs and qualities and advising the Principal about further proceeding.
  • Reviewing the reporting from the developer, the design team and the contractor and informing about discrepancies to own observations.
  • Informing on a regular basis about the status of the quality control and documenting it in the current reporting.
