Granaria integrates the historical monuments of the city with its contemporary vision
The entire project consists of two stages and combines commercial and public purposes. Commercial part includes apartments, retail and service facilities, an underground car park and modern hotel. Public part comprises a city square and a new rotating footbridge linking the Motława river bank with Granary Island.
The first stage of Granaria project, developed in accordance with placemaking principles, has been recognized in many prestigious industry competitions.Rewarded, among others, with the MIPIM Awards 2020, known as the “Oscar of real estate”.
Scope of cmT services:
- representing the interests of the majority shareholder Immobel,
- supporting the investor in managing the project executed in PPP model.
Scope of GerPlan services:
- MEP tender design of Stage 1
- tender design for Stage 2 and supervision of executive design
