The Tychy and Bierun Logistics portfolio comprise of two class A logistics parks situated in the Katowice conurbation close to the junction of the A4 Motorway and the E75 national road

The two logistics Parks have a combined GLA of approximately 146, 000 sqm which consists of approximately 131 000 sqm of warehouse and production areas and approximately 11 400 sqm of office area.

- Providing Technical Due Diligence of the documentation accompanied by a physical inspection of the buildings
- Monitoring of the removal of defects to the buildings
- Project Monitoring services for the Bierun Logistics Park extension allowing for approximately 10 000 sqm of a logistics and warehousing facility and approximately 500 sqm of offices.
