The villa is located in Wilanow city district in the southern part of Warsaw
This three storey building contains 35 luxury apartments of space varying from 50 to 207 m2. The parking area and recreation facilities with a sauna and a fitness centre are located on level -1. cmT took over this project when numerous execution and quality problems occurred. The deficiencies were corrected under the cmT supervision.
