City Space is a Polish operator of co-working space that has the biggest network of office locations in the country, with 5 offices in the largest cities: Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Katowice and Cracow

cmT was commissioned by City Space to manage the construction of a new two-floor office with a total leasable area of 3,000 m² located in the O3 Business Campus building in Cracow. The concept of interior design was developed by the Medusa Group, while the construction and execution design was carried out by GerPlan. There are almost 370 workstations planned on two floors. The main work space consists of office rooms as well as conference and meeting rooms. In co-working offices, great importance is attached to the aesthetics of the common areas, which is why 2 large kitchenettes have been connected with the relaxation zone (on the 4th floor) and the games zone (on the 5th floor). The relaxation zones on both floors are connected by additional stairs located within the space. The office rooms are designed to a classic and modern standard, whereas the common space is in the industrial style. Modern architectural elements have been used and they include felt on the walls, wooden cladding, high-quality furniture and equipment. One of the main challenges during the project execution was a very tight schedule that was met.

The scope of cmT services:
- Project management of fit-out of City Space office in the O3 Business Campus building, from the coordination of design works, the process of obtaining building permits through tenders for contractors in the construction management formula (7 packages plus additional small orders), to coordination and construction management.
