As of 2010 comprehensive refurbishment of four buildings located in the centre of Warsaw: Aktyn Business Center (ul. Chmielna), Koszykowa Trade Center (ul. Koszykowa), Ilmet (al. Jana Pawła II ) and Nowa Praga (ul. Brechta)

The main tasks entrusted to cmT are improvement of the technical condition and appearance of the buildings, reconstruction and supervision of fit out works for the new tenants. Ilmet is a class A office building of 22 floors out of which 20 floors represent office space of total of 19,000 m² . Two lowest floors contain service area. 3-level car park can accommodate above 200 cars. Ilmet can be classified as an „intelligent» building with automatically controlled fire fighting systems.
