Adgar Bit is an intimate 7-storey, office building located on the outskirts of Mokotów business district, offering 8 500 sqm of leasable area with interiors finished to a high standard and with floors providing spacious usable area. The building offers 131 parking spaces above the ground and 27underground spaces. What distinguishes the building is a unique design of common areas and the possibility of separating and matching office modules to tenants’ needs.
The scope of cmT services:
- Reconstruction of the main reception hall and common areas on all floors aiming at enhancing the attractiveness and functionality of the building to meet the standards of high class buildings and allowing to adjust the building to the multi-tenant use
- Reconstruction and modernization of sanitary installations and adjustment of the modernized areas to guidelines provided in the fire expert’s opinion
- Modernization works entailing reconstruction of sanitary and electrical installations.
- Executing new installation shafts and modernizing the old ones
- Executing a new division of leasable area on the ground floor and sectioning off new fire zones
