Generation Park is a complex of three modern office buildings which are being constructed in the heart of Warsaw

The buildings will offer 84,000 sqm of office space with Leed Platinum certificate. cmT has been commissioned to conduct investor supervision over the whole process starting from inventory of current status, through to demolition works of existing structures including supervision of erection of the new building

The scope of cmT services:
- Investor’s supervision covering the following areas:
  - structure and building works
  - installation and engineering in the field of water supply system, plumbing system,heating, ventilation and gas installations
  - installation and engineering in the field of low voltage, power supply and telecommunication systems and devices
