"Village" is a complex of two office buildings built in the early 90s. The buildings are located in the heart of the Paris business district "La Défense"

At the request of the building owner, cmT’s task was to prepare a technical analysis of the building’s ventilation, cooling, heating and BMS installations, together with the preparation of a repair and maintenance program to extend the life of the installation, and to prepare a material and financial schedule for the preparation of the investor’s budget.
