This multifunctional office complex was opened on the day Poland joined the European Union, i.e., on May 1, 2004. The facility houses the headquarters of Daimler Automotive Poland, as well as the headquarters of Daimler Services Leasing, Daimler Services Bank, Daimler Services Fleet Management, Mercedes-Benz showroom, workshop, and Training Center

This building was the first in Poland whose construction and supervision were subject to the provisions of the new EU standard EN 206 concerning concrete. cmT company was responsible for coordinating and supervising the investment, and then managing finishing works. cmT continued its cooperation with the current owner and remains their partner in technical matters related to the building’s structure and a technical advisor regarding its impact on neighboring structures.
