Tenement Le Palais Office, Prozna Street in Warsaw, was created in Warsaw at 7-9 Próżna street as a result of reconstruction and extension of two apartment buildings under conservator’s protection
It was designed by Franciszek Brauman in neo-renaissance style and erected in 1880-1882. The building has undergone a major revitalization – rebuilding, adding additional floor and extension in 2011-2012. The footprint of the building is 1 323 m2; The usable space – 8,252 m2 out of which 6 500 m2 constitutes leasable space. The project was an arrangement of office space for a law firm on the second and fifth floor of the building including comprehensive finishing works on shell & core surface and included construction works – walls, glass walls, floors, doors, ceilings, two kitchen furnishings, sanitary works – HVAC, water and sewer installation and electrical and electrotechnical works – electrical wiring, lighting installation, structural cabling, FAS, EVAC, IAS&ACS. cmT managed the construction with the participation of three contractors. The main challenge was to meet the tight schedule.
