As of 2010 comprehensive refurbishment of four buildings located in the centre of Warsaw: Aktyn Business Center (ul. Chmielna), Koszykowa Trade Center (ul. Koszykowa), Ilmet (al. Jana Pawła II ) and Nowa Praga (ul. Brechta)

Ilmet is a class A office building of 22 floors out of which 20 floors represent office space of total of 19,000 m² . Two lowest floors contain service area. 3-level car park can accommodate above 200 cars. Ilmet can be classified as an „intelligent” building with automatically controlled fire fighting systems.
