Piękna 2.0 is a 8-storey office building of Class A, situated in the heart of Warsaw, a prestigious location near government buildings and embassies. Piękna 2.0 offers around 16 000 sqm of office space and 150 parking spaces on 3 underground levels. Common areas of the buildings have been modernized and the changed style of the entrance area, lobby and office space gives the interior modern and sleek look. The combination of such materials as glass and concrete with greenery creates a unique atmosphere in the building.
The scope of cmT services:
- Coordination of fit-out works of the interior area of the building for the new key Tenant (leasing approx. 14.000 m2 of building office space with approx. 250 m2 of storage space and 20 parking spaces)
- Coordination of modernization works of the building façade (replacement of all metal components, installation of additional glass panels)
- Coordination of all works related to improving the standard of the building structure, MEP installations and safety of users (Shell & Core scope).
- Coordination of BREEAM certification process

- Multidisciplinary fit-out design
- Interior and Shell&Core designs coordination
- Author's supervision
- Interior design of most office space
