It is 55m high and has 18 storeys above the ground and 2 underground floors providing approximately 30 parking spaces for the hotel guests. The hotel premises offer 256 hotel rooms, including rooms for the disabled while the office area is used for the reception staff. The retail premises include 3 conference rooms and a restaurant.
