Radisson Collection Hotel Warsaw, Poland

The hotel has at guests’ disposal 311 rooms and suites, 2 restaurants and a conference centre.  Radisson Collection offers also many facilities such as SPA centre, gym or indoor swimming pool. Upper-floor rooms offer unique views over the city.     The works were carried out at the request and under the supervision of the asset manager WX Management Services who acted as project manager and coordinator of the investment process, and aimed to transform the existing Radisson Blu hotel into a five-star hotel under the new Radisson Collection premium category brand.

The construction works that took five months included:

• Full refurbishment of hotel rooms with bathrooms, hotel corridors and lift lobbies •
• Reconstruction of hotel restaurants, guest lifts, the entrance lobby with a partial reconstruction of the façade
• Refurbishment of building installations
• Comprehensive exchange of hotel signage related to rebranding

Within the scope of construction management, the following tasks were done by cmT:

• Participation in design process
• Supervision over the execution of mock-up rooms and the supply of material samples
• Budget preparation at every stage of the investment
• Tender in the Construction Management formula for construction works and supplies of furniture and equipment
• Preparation of contracts and orders for contractors and suppliers
• Supervision and coordination of both construction works and supplies in the field of equipment and furniture
