As of 2010 comprehensive refurbishment of four buildings located in the centre of Warsaw: Aktyn Business Center (ul. Chmielna), Koszykowa Trade Center (ul. Koszykowa), Ilmet (al. Jana Pawła II ) and Nowa praga (ul. Brechta)

The main tasks entrusted to cmT are improvement of the technical condition and appearance of the buildings, reconstruction and supervision of fit out works for the new tenants. Located in Warszawa Praga district of Warsaw former hotel building converted in 2000-2001 into a class B- office 2 building of a total area of app 6,500 m² . The building has 2 8 floors plus one underground and offers 4,300 m² of office space and a courtyard parking for 24 cars.
